Why are some of my transactions missing?+

The App reads messages from the MPESA sender. If a transaction SMS was deleted before the first sync, or if it uses a format the parser doesn't recognise, it will be skipped. Tap the sync icon on the dashboard to re-import.

The app asks for SMS permission — is it safe?+

Yes. The App only reads messages from the MPESA shortcode and has no internet permission. It cannot upload anything. See the Usage Policy for full details.

How do I change or remove my PIN?+

Open the app → Profile tab → Security section → Change PIN or Disable PIN.

Can I export my transaction data?+

Export is not available in the current version. It is planned for a future release.

The balance shown is wrong.+

The balance displayed is taken from the last M-Pesa SMS that includes a balance figure. If the most recent message didn't include a balance (e.g. some Lipa Na M-Pesa receipts), the previous balance is shown.

How do I delete all my data?+

Uninstall the app. All data is stored locally and is removed when you uninstall. See the Data Deletion page for details.
