1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using M-Pesa Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of service

M-Pesa Tracker is a free Android application that reads M-Pesa SMS messages on your device and presents them as a transaction history with analytics. The App operates entirely offline; no account or internet connection is required.

3. Permitted use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes to:

• View and analyse your own M-Pesa transaction history.
• Track your personal spending and income patterns.
• Review which contacts you transact with most frequently.

4. Prohibited use

You must not:

• Use the App to access, record, or analyse M-Pesa messages that do not belong to you.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as permitted by applicable law.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent the PIN security feature on a device you do not own.

5. Intellectual property

The App and its source code are the property of the developer. M-Pesa is a registered trademark of Safaricom PLC. This App is independent and not endorsed by Safaricom.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that transaction parsing will be accurate for all M-Pesa message formats, or that the App will be free of bugs. Always verify important financial data directly with Safaricom or your M-Pesa statement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any financial decisions made based on data shown in the App.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
